Mavericks (not Yosemite) as an iBeacon

NOTE: THIS DOES NOT WORK IN YOSEMITE!!! Apple have closed the loophole that
allowed a Mac to be used as an iBeacon in Mavericks.

Use a Bluetooth 4 enabled Mac running Mavericks (not Yosemite) as an iBeacon.
