An extensible package which can be used to:

• deserialize and validate a data structure composed of strings,
  mappings, and lists.

• serialize an arbitrary data structure to a data structure composed
  of strings, mappings, and lists.

It is tested on Python 3.7, 3.8, 3.9, 3.10, and 3.11, and PyPy 3.8.
