rdd_parallel

rdd package refactoring to enable parallel computing

_par.R and _par2.R are the modified functions. Original files are also provided for comparison.

rdd_par_sim.R was used to evaluate rdd and rdRobust over simulated data.

rdd_par_eval.R was used to evaluate the refactored version.
